The report of the Director of Planning, Transport and Leisure considered the response to consultation in respect of the second tranche of documents dealing with East Peckham, Borough Green, Snodland and Walderslade and recommended their adoption. Members thanked the Chief Planner and his team for their hard work and contribution in preparing all the Area Appraisals. RECOMMENDED: That the draft Character Area Appraisals for East Peckham, Borough Green, Snodland and Walderslade, as amended in accordance with the changes set out respectively in Annexes A, B, C and D to the report, be adopted by the Council as part of the Local Development Framework. *Referred to Cabinet |
